Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order to request a product return.

For a voluntary return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, with all its accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

This return period does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law, particularly in cases involving defective or incorrect products or the seller's failure to comply with its legal obligations.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are determined based on the reason for the return:

• Customer changes their mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Customer orders the wrong product or model: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Incorrect product shipped by Virutex: Virutex will cover all return shipping costs.

• Product with a manufacturing defect: Virutex will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

• Product damaged during shipping: Virutex will handle the issue at no additional cost to the customer.

• Cancellation due to the seller's failure to comply with legal obligations: Virutex will cover any return shipping costs required by applicable law.

3. Return and Refund Process

To make a voluntary return, customers must follow these steps:

1. Contact Virutex to request a return within the specified return period and wait for authorization and return instructions.

2. Ship the product to the address provided by Virutex, including all accessories and items originally supplied.

3. Once the product has been received, Virutex will inspect its condition and verify that the return meets the established requirements.

4. Upon successful completion of the inspection process, Virutex will issue a refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on their bank or payment service provider.

For cancellations subject to specific legal provisions, the refund procedures and timeframes established by applicable law will apply.

4. Defective Products

If a product has a manufacturing or functional defect, the customer must contact Virutex to report the issue.

Virutex will assess the problem and offer a solution in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and legal requirements. Depending on the nature of the defect, the solution may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the product.

Where required by law, Virutex will cover the return shipping costs associated with defective products.

5. Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product or model different from the one ordered due to an error by Virutex, they must contact Virutex so the issue can be resolved.

Virutex will cover the return shipping costs and, as appropriate, offer to ship the correct product at no additional cost or provide a refund of the amount paid.

6. Products Damaged During Shipping

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, the customer must contact Virutex and provide photographs of the packaging and any visible damage. This information will help us assess the issue and submit the appropriate claim to the shipping carrier.

Visible damage should preferably be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order to help facilitate and expedite the claims process.

Reporting damage after this period does not affect the customer's rights under applicable law.

Virutex will handle the issue and provide an appropriate solution, without requiring the customer to cover any costs resulting from damage incurred during shipping.

7. Customer's Legal Rights

The conditions outlined above establish Virutex's commercial return policy and apply without limiting any legal warranties or cancellation, return, or refund rights provided under the laws of the applicable Canadian province or territory.

In the event of any conflict between these conditions and mandatory legal requirements, the applicable legal provisions will prevail.
